NEXT DAY DELIVERY
A Next Day Delivery to major cities of U.K., U.S.A., Germany, Hongkong at minimum extra cost.
EXPRESS SERVICE
A guaranteed delivery within 48–72 working hours to anywhere in CHINA, HONGKONG, EUROPE, U.K. and U.S.A. for the most time sensitive documents and packages
ECONOMY SERVICE
For less time Sensitive shipments and total cost saving giving delivery within a certain no. of days.
IMPORT EXPRESS
Arrange pickup a parcel from anywhere in U.K., U.S.A., HONGKONG, CHINA, EUROPE and other major parts of the world .
NON-STANDARD PICKUPS & DELIVERIES
UBX offers a pickup facility during any time during the day whether it’s outside of normal business hours, during the weekend or a public holiday.
DELIVERY NOTIFICATION
Once your shipment has been delivered, UBX can provide a proactive confirmation by fax, email, phone or SMS, whichever is more convenient for you.
PROOF OF DELIVERY
UBX can arrange for a hard copy of the Receiver’s signature to verify delivery of a shipment at a minimum extra cost. The proof of delivery is sent via fax or email back to the Sender.
REPEAT DELIVERY ATTEMPT
When the Receiver is not at the address given on the waybill, we will arrange for repeat delivery attempts until the shipment is successfully delivered repeat attempts may be charged extra in certain cases.
REMOTE AREA SERVICE
If you need to send a parcel to a remote address anywhere in the world, UBX will reach there with the help of wide network and associate offices worldwide. A remote area fee will be applicable.
SATURDAY DELIVERY
SATURDAY Delivery anywhere in U.K., U.S.A.,Germany, France, Hongkong at minimum extra cost.
STORAGE
If you have a shipment that cannot be delivered to your customer for an unexpected reason, UBX can arrange to hold the shipment for up to 7 working days free of charge.
DUTIES & TAXES PAID
This service allows duties and taxes to be charged to the Sender. We will clear the shipment at destination, pay customs charges, and invoice the duties and taxes to shipper’s account thus avoiding an unnecessary delay in clearance and delivery.
